REFURBISHMENT AND RESTORATION OF A HERITAGE PROTECTED MANSION.

Since the 1970s the Iraqi embassy has been housed in the listed 19th-century French Renaissance-style mansion in the center of Vienna. Our task was to renovate / restore the entire building and bring it up to date with the latest technology. New apartments were set up on the top floor, and a seminar room and spa area on the lower floor.
