HISTORY

BENYONO ZT, founded in 2003, is an independent company of international designers, engineers, architects, consultants and project managers based in Vienna.
By bringing together the different disciplines, the multilingual team creates a holistic range of services for the most challenging construction projects.
In addition to structural development, we also take on the professional management of these properties. Through comprehensive support – from technical administration and operational optimization to long-term value enhancement – we ensure that each property reaches its full potential.
Our ambition is not only to modernize existing buildings, but to transform them into functional, aesthetically appealing, and economically strong assets that meet the needs of today’s users while remaining adaptable for the future.
